Design Felicity Design collaborates in all aspects of project development. We work closely with architects, designers and engineers for project programming, schematic design, construction details and material selections. Additionally, we coordinate furnishings for corporate rentals and model units.
Tom Winingder Chairman
Tom began his real estate career in 1967 with a Trammel Crow Partnership. His experience includes planning and developing major downtown office, hotel, multifamily and retail projects. Since Katrina, Tom re-focused his real estate passion and experience on restoring historically significant buildings in New Orleans. His interests include tennis and golf. He is a board member of The New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation and previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and M.B.A from Harvard.
Patrick Schindler President
Patrick is co-founder of Felicity Property Co. and leads acquisition, financing, development and operations activities. He is particularly energized by historic redevelopment and urban infill projects that honor building history, while embracing design of today. Patrick's work history is in construction management, project finance and equity securities analysis. His interests include backpacking, skiing, yoga and running. Patrick is a board of trustee member with the Contemporary Art Center in New Orleans. Patrick holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and M.B.A from Emory.
Kendall Winingder Designer
Kendall is the creative director for Felicity Design and works closely with the development team and architects to inspire aesthetically appealing projects. She has a seemingly endless interest in design, constantly challenging our team to apply new materials, finishes and products. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and traveling. Kendall is a licensed real estate agent, holds a B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and attended Interior Design courses at Parsons School of Design in New York City.
Jack Eglé Partner | Managing Director - Brokerage
Jack is responsible for Felicity Property Co’s portfolio investments and brokerage services. He brings a diverse background that spans over 20 years in the real estate industry and covers both commercial and residential sales and leasing, investment sales and development. He also has experience as an Area Developer and owner/operator for a boutique coffee franchise that he brought to Washington, DC while residing there. In addition to spending time with his wife cooking a meal or cheering on their daughters at soccer and basketball games, Jack enjoys getting outdoors, especially skiing, fishing and hunting. He is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and attended Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate courses at Georgetown University.
Tori Frith Partner | Director of Accounting & Finance
Raised on the Northshore, Tori grew up fascinated with New Orleans from an early age. As soon as possible she moved to the city and became a property manager for multiple historic properties in the city. She eventually found her way to Lafayette, where she met her now husband. After graduating from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, she began working alongside her Mother as a Contracted Accountant for development and property management companies. She met the Felicity team through this work and felt right at home! Tori enjoys spending time with her family, travelling , eating the local cuisines, and spends as much time at the beach as possible!
Amanda Colomb Partner | Director of Operations
Amanda expertly manages many of Felicity's unique residential and commercial properties. A New Orleans native, she graduated from LSU with a BA in Organizational Studies and came back to New Orleans to begin a career in the city's signature culinary industry where she developed her managerial and customer service skills. With a career focused in hospitality and sales, she evolved seamlessly into her role in the New Orleans real estate industry. Amanda enjoys having large family dinners and taking walks along Bayou St. John (when it's cool enough!).
Claudette Blanchard Broker
Claudette began her real estate career in 1986, assisting Mr. Winingder on various residential and commercial real estate development projects and later earned her Louisiana Broker License. Claudette is born and raised in New Orleans, devoting significant intention to the betterment of her City, including 10 years of service with the NOPD and and worked at the 1984 Worlds Fair as secretary to the U.S. Commissioner General, appointed by President Reagan. She lives in the Lower Garden District and enjoys walking her dog, Mandy, in the neighborhood.
Luis Banos Development Partner
Luis manages various development projects with Felicity and is also responsible for multiple asset
management functions within the company. Growing up in New Orleans gave Luis a deep appreciation
for architecture, historic buildings and design. He enjoys blending his passion for the built environment
with his skillset in finance and project management to execute on Felicity projects. His work experience
includes multiple facets of commercial real estate lending, corporate finance, and commercial and
residential development. Luis earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
Teneaka White Accounting Manager
Born and raised in Laplace, Louisiana, Teneaka knew she was destined for greatness. Attending the first black Catholic University, Xavier University, she found her passion for the accounting profession. Prior to Felicity Property, she gained experience from working in multiple industries. From public accounting to private accounting, she is not shy to any facet of accounting. Teneaka enjoys reading, raising her son, and showcasing her culinary skills.
Laura Rutledge Operations Manager
A New Orleans native, Laura attended University of Southern California in Los Angeles where she majored in Critical Studies in the School of Cinematic Arts. She worked in both the film and interior design industries in LA before returning to New Orleans to receive her Masters in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University. She is excited to be a part of the Felicity team and to see the application of what she learned in the classroom in its professional practice. A few of her favorite activities include sipping wine from Patron Saint, running and making monthly Spotify playlists.
Rhett Hymel Commercial Brokerage & Development
Rhett has over 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and has completed deals in all areas of the industry including landlord and tenant representation for office, industrial and retail leasing/sales. He has represented, either directly, or as co-broker, companies such as Amazon, Uber, FedEx, Chevron and Acme Oyster House. Rhett graduated from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) with a degree in Finance. After hours, you can find Rhett on the golf course or spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
Richard Brennan Commercial Brokerage Associate
Born and raised in New Orleans, Richard’s passion for his home city is deeply rooted in his love for the historical architecture, its unique culture and its fabulous food. While getting his degrees from the College of Charleston in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management, he took courses in Historical Preservation in hopes of bringing that back and someday utilizing that information in New Orleans. He has a culinary background in both the kitchen and the business development and management of restaurants. Richard also loves all things outdoors and any opportunity to volunteer for causes that benefit area youth like Son of a Saint and Hogs for a Cause.
