Residential
415 Gravier Row House was originally built in c. 1845. Prior to the 2009 property renovation, the building served as linen storage for the Windsor Court Hotel. 415 Gravier was the first collaborative renovation project for our development team, which we hold in a certain fondness. Details include dedicated glass elevator, over-sized skylight and exposed heart-pine beams.
