Excellence in Historic Preservation: The Saint Anna

The Louisiana Landmarks Society grants excellence award for the restoration of The Saint Anna apartments

The extension restoration and conversion of The Saint Anna into a 23-unit apartment building has been recognized with an Excellence in Historic Preservation award by the Louisiana Landmarks Society. Award winners were recognized as an outstanding example of restoration or rehabilitation of a historic building in Orleans Parish completed in 2015. The Greek Revival building, originally built in 1853, was carefully restored throughout and now includes sophisticated interiors, an on-site fitness room, beautifully landscaped courtyard with outdoor grilling area, and gated off-street parking.
